Utility Services

The City of Celeste provides the daily maintenance and operation of the City Utility System which includes water and wastewater.
 
Other services available through Public Works include minor street maintenance and repairs.
Need New Service?
Pay Bill
  1. Online: credit or debit card.
  2. In person: Check, money order, cash, credit or debit card during Normal Office Hours or 24 hour Drop Box;
  3. By mail: Mail Check or Money Order to City Hall;
  4. Draft from your Bank Account (Bank Draft Form)
 
Late Fees
  • All bills are due on or before the 10th day of the month.  After the 10th day of the month, a 10% past due charge or a minimum late fee of $10.00, whichever is larger, is due?
Reconnect Fees
  • Non-payment of utility bills after the 25th day of the month will require service to be disconnected.  Service will be reconnected only after all amounts owed, including any penalties or late fees, plus the following reconnect fees have been paid:
  1. During regular business hours the fee is $60.00
  2. During non-business hours the fee is $110.00
