Residential Services

All contractors are required to register with the City of Celeste.

A Contractor must provide his trade license, identification and insurance in order to work inside the City of Celeste.

Registration forms may be emailed to citysecretary@cityofceleste.org or submitted in person at the Celeste City Hall N. 201 US Hwy. 69, Celeste, TX 75423.

Permitting

You can email your permits to citysecretary@cityofceleste.org.  All payments must be in person by homeowner or contractor or homeowner or contractor may call to make payments from credit/debit cards. 

Submit all Residential permit applications at Celeste City Hall N. 201 US Hwy. 69, Celeste, TX 75423.  All permits must be accompanied by the respective Checklist.  The permit will be considered incomplete unless all documents are provided and completed.  (No Exceptions)

When ready for Inspections...

The City of Celeste has adopted the 2015 International Building Codes and the 2014 National Electrical Code. The City of Celeste uses Bureau Veritas for all inspections.  Inspections must be paid for prior to scheduling.  Payments received in person or online at www.govpaynow.com, location code a000wj.  Please reference the permit number, address and inspection being scheduled.
